Returns & exchanges
Our policy, simply put
- You can return any product within 14 days of delivery as long as it is unopened and in its original packaging, even if it was on sale.
- If an item is defective, wrong or missing, tell us within 48 hours and we will refund the full amount including shipping.
- For hygiene reasons, personal care and beauty products cannot be returned once opened.
- Refunds are made within 7 working days to your mobile wallet or bank account.
